In-Person Training

In-Person/Virtual Training

The most common reasons people struggle to stick to their fitness routines is a lack of consistency and accountability. With my 1-on-1 coaching programs, I will be there with you every step of the way. Your comprehensive program includes goal focused workout and nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle. We will meet 2-4x each week, either at my studio gym or virtually to ensure you are able to get through the workouts safely and effectively. This is a great option for beginners or people who are intimidated by big gyms.

Online Coaching

Are you tired of doing random workouts and/or diets, and not getting results? It could be that you lack goal-focused programming and nutrition coaching that actually meets you where you're at, then helps you progress. With my online coaching program, we will work together to establish your goals, then build a program to do jus that. you will do the workouts on your own, but that doesn't mean you're alone! I will provide regular coaching calls to help you navigate the nuances of fitting exercise and nutrition into your lifestyle.

Hybrid Program

Best of both worlds! If you're already comfortable exercising on your own but needing the structure of goal-focused exercise and nutrition programming AND 1-2 in-person sessions with a coach to work on new skill or technique, this is a great option.

When I came up with programs for Courology Fitness, I put myself in the shoes of the busy woman... because I've been there! A woman who runs out the door with no breakfast, drops the kids off at school, rushes to the office, works a full day (forgetting to eat all day), and feels burned out.

I know most people don't have time, or energy, to be in the gym for over an hour every day. They also don't have time for trial and error on what works in terms of nutrition and exercise.

With that in mind, I designed customized programs to get the most out of your workouts in less time AND eat real food that you and your family will love, while also reaching your goals.
